IRZ TEK presented its new product — IRZ TMS-BV1.1 downhole monitoring system with hydraulic control line and redundant downhole sensor.
The IRZ TMS system is intended to operate as part of ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) ensuring downhole parameters monitoring and transmission to the variable frequency drive.
IRZ TMS effectively monitors pump intake temperature and pressure, motor oil/ winding temperature, motor vibrations and current leakage.
Specially for the international market IRZ TMS was equipped with a hydraulic control line for monitoring pump discharge pressure.
Reliable operation of the system is guaranteed in well conditions at depth up to 6000 meters, pressure up to 8800 psi and temperature up to +150°С.
“To increase reliability of the equipment, we designed a redundant downhole sensor where all electronic modules and transducers are doubled: in case of a problem with the main subset during operation, the system switches to the redundant subset. This guarantees run life of downhole equipment up to five years,” Chief Designer of IRZ TEK Sergey Feofilaktov comments.
The new downhole monitoring system can be used with any variable frequency drive of Russian or foreign vendors, protecting ESP and optimizing its operation, extending equipment overhaul life, and reducing repair and maintenance costs.
Every downhole monitoring system of IRZ TEK undergoes factory tests, including vibration tests, electric burn-in tests and thermal cycling.
IRZ started developing equipment for the oil production in 1998 and nowadays the company is the leading technology provider in the industry in Russia.
The product range includes dozens versions of downhole monitoring systems, variable frequency drives, and automated control systems of oil production.
The solutions help to reduce costs of well-site services and improve efficiency of oil production.
Equipment of IRZ TEK is used by major oil production and service companies in Russia such as Lukoil, Rosneft, Surgutneftegas, Tatneft, Bashneft, Slavneft, Gazprom Neft, as well as in foreign countries — in Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, China, Indonesia, India, Venezuela and South Sudan.Все новости
