ST-IRZ-SAPKSU testing machine

Purpose

Automation of the Drive controllers' testing process by the downhole electric motors to check compliance with technical specifications and the required operation algorithm during  acceptance testing.

System components

The installation provides acceptance testing of the following controllers:

  • KSU IRZ500, UKSU manufactured by IRZ TEK LLC
  • "Electon 8", "Electon 9.1", "Electon 10" produced by CJSC "Electon"
  • "Cascade-2-200", "Cascade NT", "Borets VD", "Argus" produced by LLC "PK Borets"
  • other controllers upon request of the customer

Main functions:

  • protection of KSU shutdown if the insulation resistance decreases
  • protection against KSU activation with a rotating rotor
  • measurement of KSU line voltage
  • measurement of KSU current, Cosφ and load factor
  • KSU performance test in automatic control mode
  • check of KSU electrical interlocks
  • saving data if KSU power supply fails;
    • connection of the surface readout unit of downhole monitoring system
    • exchange protocol for drive
    • editing directories of exchange protocols
    • monitoring of the current state of the electric submersible pump (ESP) drive
    • creating new parameters for the protocol
  • reading and writing values for KSU parameters
  • storing values in the KSU database
    • compiling reports
    • testing algorithms editor
