Dual completion of a well equipped with a progressive cavity pump (PCP) and sucker-rod pump (SRP). Joint development with OOO NPF Packer.

Use of IRZ TMS-ORD-3 system allows to do the following:

  • disconnect (connect) the lower formation
  • choke the inflow from the lower formation to create an individual depression on the lower formation
  • control the valve from the surface readout unit without stopping the sucker-rod pump
  • increase the efficiency of oil production

Principle of operation

The system with monitored valve is installed below the pump for choking the lower formation and is connected to a high-temperature geophysical cable or ESP power cable, which are output through the ground fittings and connected to the surface readout unit.


Allows to carry out dual completion of two formations in a single-lift layout without changing the standard assembly of progressive cavity pump/sucker-rod pump.
