June, 10 IRZ brought to market innovative equipment for oil production optimization — resonant wave anti-scaling complexes on the outer and inner surfaces of submersible equipment (RVC "Pilot").

June, 10  IRZ brought to market innovative equipment for oil production optimization - resonant wave anti-scaling complexes on the outer and inner surfaces of submersible equipment (RVC "Pilot").

RVC "Pilot" is an oil well fluid processing unit during the operation process of the electric-submersible pump (ESP) installation, it is designed on the basis of a unique patented technology of the influence on the oil well fluid. Under the influence of an alternating electromagnetic field the active formation of small crystals in the bulk fluid arises which are brought to the surface without accumulating on the submersible equipment.

RVC "Pilot" is used together with IRZ submersible telemetry equipment.

The complex was successfully tested in the oil producing companies Rosneft, Lukoil, Bashneft. As a result of the complex operation it was noted:

• time to failure increase of ESP is more than 2 times
• well production increase is on average 20 %

The integration of complex eliminates the need for periodic acid treatment of wells including the selection and delivery of chemicals, construction area for the safe storage of chemicals.

Thus here are the benefits of the integration of RVC "Pilot":

• rapid time to value
• well production increase by ESP operating at optimal modes and reduce of the fluid viscosity
• analysis of controlled well using the software package
• the possibility of using complex on hard to reach areas of oil production

The first batches of RVC "Pilot" produced at "IRZ TEK" company (enterprise at "IRZ" group of companies) are shipped and operated in Lukoil fields.
